Together, we helped accelerate its development, strengthen its market positioning and establish iTekway as the leading engineering company among adapted enterprises in France, proving that inclusion can be a powerful driver of long-term competitive advantage.
During our investment period, iTekway increased its revenue tenfold, grew to a team of around 100 employees, 75% of whom are people with disabilities, and became a trusted engineering partner on highly demanding technology projects. Today, the company is entering a new phase of growth, with plans to recruit around 30 additional employees across Île-de-France and Occitanie over the next two years.
In 2026, IMPACT Partners exited its investment through the sale of its stake to Audensiel, a leading European technology consulting and engineering group, achieving a 3.6x gross return on investment. The transaction marks the beginning of a new chapter for iTekway, enabling the company to accelerate its growth within a 3,500-employee international group while preserving its entrepreneurial culture, regional roots and social mission.
