In 2026, IMPACT Partners exited its investment through the sale of its stake to Volaris Group, an international provider of vertical market software and a subsidiary of Constellation Software. This transaction will enable IVèS to accelerate its international expansion, strengthen its innovation capabilities, and continue its mission of improving accessibility within a group that shares its long-term vision, while preserving its expertise, identity, and social commitment.
