Carelink Gruppen is Denmark’s leading social welfare services group, specializing in care for elderly and vulnerable people as well as human resource management for the healthcare and social sectors.

Founded in 2007 and structured as a unified group in 2023, Carelink brings together more than 6,000 employees and offers an integrated range of services covering the entire social and healthcare value chain. The company operates in healthcare staffing, elderly care, social services, and vocational rehabilitation.

Carelink Gruppen addresses the growing pressure created by an ageing Nordic population and the shortage of healthcare professionals. Its goal is to ensure flexible, high-quality care solutions for both public and private institutions while supporting the reintegration and return to work of individuals who are distant from the labor market.

The group operates through several complementary activities: provision of qualified healthcare staff (temporary staffing and recruitment), management of care facilities and home care services, social support for vulnerable families, and professional reintegration programs. This integrated structure enables the pooling of expertise and improves the quality of services delivered.

Carelink Gruppen primarily works with Danish municipalities and regions, hospitals, nursing homes, and private care providers. The group aims to accelerate its growth through acquisitions in Denmark and expansion across the Nordic countries.
