Grupo Aire Limpio is a Spanish group specializing in indoor air quality and building decarbonization, developing solutions aimed at making built environments healthier, more energy-efficient, and more sustainable.

Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Madrid, the group brings together five complementary brands — Aura, Aire Limpio, Ambisalud, Commtech, and ACSOS — and relies on more than 140 employees to support the environmental transformation of buildings. Its mission is to improve occupant well-being while reducing the carbon footprint of the real estate sector.

Grupo Aire Limpio operates across the entire value chain: indoor air quality audits, installation of air treatment systems (HEPA filtration, UV, photocatalysis), equipment maintenance, and real-time monitoring through platforms such as BMS-Retrofit and SMoCAI. The company also supports its clients in obtaining environmental certifications such as WELL, LEED, or BREEAM.

The group primarily serves companies, healthcare facilities, schools, and public buildings, working with real estate developers, asset managers, and public authorities. Present in 8 countries, it has equipped more than 1,000 clients and operates across hundreds of sites, particularly in offices, hospitals, and educational institutions.

Grupo Aire Limpio aims to double in size in the coming years, notably through investor support and an expansion strategy across Southern Europe and Latin America.
