Guillaume Capelle joins IMPACT partners to continue supporting migrant entrepreneurs

Paris, 8 June 2023 – 10 years after founding SINGA, Guillaume Capelle is joining IMPACT partners, first European impact investment platform. He will head up a team dedicated to the inclusion of newcomers to Europe.

Founded in 2012, the NGO SINGA is today the leading European network of incubators for migrant entrepreneurs and a global community of peer-to-peer exchanges between exiled people and local citizens. With 50,000 members in 7 countries, SINGA promotes the development of social, cultural and economic projects enriched by migration.

Guillaume Capelle is starting a new chapter with IMPACT partners to further improve the support given to refugee and migrant entrepreneurs, and to develop innovations in the field of inclusion for new arrivals. The project is a continuation of his involvement with SINGA, since the ecosystem is now mature and the focus will be on financing.

“I’m delighted to be joining IMPACT partners, with whom I share a vision of the social impact and profitability of businesses,” explains Guillaume Capelle, IMPACT partners. “This partnership with SINGA is meaningful thanks to our shared social and European vision”.

The new synergy will help to build a more inclusive European economy. The ecosystem of newcomers will benefit from new support and financing tools. IMPACT partners and SINGA will work together to support entrepreneurial projects in France and Germany in particular.

“This is an exciting new step for IMPACT partners”, says Mathieu Cornieti, President of IMPACT partners. “It confirms our commitment to a just and sustainable society. Faced with the unprecedented migration challenge facing Europe, we need to act now. We are proud to welcome Guillaume, who brings his expertise in this area and will enable IMPACT partners to be as close as possible to vulnerable populations in Europe.
